Mandrain Oranges

We where blessed with several pounds of mandarin oranges so we did some canning.

Peel mandarins.
Fill jars to rim with mandarins.
Cover with a light syrup.
I used 1 1/2 cups sugar to 10 cups water.
Bring your syrup to a boil then mix well.
Pour over your mandarins in the jar filling them to the shoulder.
Put your lids on and water bath for 10 minutes.
Let cool and store.
